GolfStream Project is one of TOP-10 recreation and entertainment industry objects promoted by investment companies of the European association in 2007.

This is a complex of sport facilities, residential zones, and parklands containing the Golf club of three golf courses, the Riding Academy with classical riding house and open-air manege, summer sport park with a pool, and three club residential areas.

The complex is located in 30 km from Kiev, in picturesque flood plain of Zdvizh river.

The first results of the project implementation are presented to the attention of Ukrainian business elite and high society in June 2008. It is to be put into operation in 2012.

The project is intended for a narrow category of status users including members of diplomatic body, international missions and organizations, trade representations, and national business associations. This is a basic condition defining technical characteristics of the complex, the system of safety measures, the quality of telecommunication nets, and road junctions.

The complex has total area of 400 ha. Its architectural integrity, functional aesthetics, and rational expressiveness form the most comfortable and ergonomic living environment.
