Due to the expert assessments, the 18-hole Chamberlain Course is the best of three courses. The branchy system of water obstacles and wetlands, complicated design of the course, game tactical alternatives challenge both amateurs and the most skilled players.

The playing route from «champion» black tees is 6 853 m long, par 72. Taking into account distances between holes, it is nearly nine kilometers on foot. And it is 6 km from yellow tees.

Chamberlain Course embodies new aesthetics of a golf course. It is attractive because of its complicated landscape and abundance of obstacles. There are all kinds of hazards – sand, water, forest, field borders and conservation areas. Additionally, this course of the Club borders a protected zone. The fifth and sixth holes go along the border with Klavdiyev forest! 

Water barriers are a special decoration of the course. Here there are much more of them than on other two courses of the Club and they really complicate playing. For example, the fifth hole is especially interesting because of a double fairway divided by a water channel. The thirteenth hole, in addition to impressive length (par-5, the length from a yellow tee is 460 m) is intriguing because of a narrow fairway, which is bounded by water on the left and by a forest on the right.

Complex arrangement of greens is an additional challenge to players. On the shortest 17th hole (128 m), green is not visible from a position of a shot. It is situated at an angle and to slow down a ball, it requires special skills in performing strokes. And this is only one example. Greens on Chamberlain Course are often located lower than surface for striking and near obstacles.

These and other difficulties require the utmost attention from players.
