On December 20, 2008 sport club «Planet Fitness» organized a party for its clients. «GolfStream. Kiev Golf Club» was a partner of the event. 

The project representatives have already taken part in a number autumn and winter activities and developed good traditions, which are beneficial for the main program of similar joint undertakings.

In terms of such events, Kiev Golf Club consistently holds small demonstrations of how to play golf. We do it for guests who come up to our stand. Certainly, such inside shows are limited only by the space of a mini course (and probably by fancy and imagination of amateur players). But on the eve of New Year one can only dream about nine or eighteen nice holes and almost boundless, beautiful and warm landscape.

That is why even mini «tests of clubs», which the Club offers to participants and visitors of its city and pavilion events, must satisfy the expectation of a hot sport season. And by all means, they provide an opportunity for trying golf on a tactile level, not postponing this tempting (and prospective for health, recreation and business) experience to future. 

At «Planet Fitness» party, Kiev Golf Club held a competition on a mini course in addition to general demonstration. Guests of the event were very excited with the idea. Many from more than 500 visitors of the gathering took part in the contest and the best among them received special presents from Kiev Golf Club. The Club prepared a personal New Year surprise to Alexandr Ponomarenko, Director of «Planet Fitness». At the Club's initiative and for our colleague's pleasure, Alexandr Ivanovich became one of happy owners of subscription for attending «Golf School». The Club presented this unique golf training course in 2008 and it begins in the spring with a tournament season. The program combines theoretical knowledge, training, playing on a professional golf course and all that is a rarity for many similar golf clubs abroad.

Organizers of the event did everything for the party to be alive, colorful and bright. Its guests – «Zebra» band, «Dantess and Oleynik» duet, Zhenya Fokin – added music and glamour of show to this cocktail. Kiev Golf Club is very happy about cooperation with «Planet Fitness» and invites new partners for joint projects in 2009.
